Tommy Sevilla states that YouTube documentarian Tommy G interviewed him in Fresno for a documentary concerning alleged corruption in the Fresno Police Department and that the Jose Moralez / Jerry Dyer story was a central focus. In a May 2, 2025 email, Sevilla described the planned working title as “The most corrupt police department in the country.”
Correspondence preserved by Sevilla reflects continued reporting activity: Tommy G wrote on January 31, 2025 that the team was covering the story in Fresno, and on April 17 wrote about continuing to build the story following a records-release development. Sevilla continued forwarding Moralez records and evidence-review material during 2025.
The production correspondence shows that Tommy G and Keegan Northrop received Moralez case records and evidence-review material as the reporting project developed.
Yolanda’s interviews and local coverage remain part of the record.
